GLUCOTEIN™

GLUCOTEIN™is a supplement consisting of a special type of starch known as resistant starch. Resistant starch is starch that is not broken down in the small intestine but instead reaches the large intestine intact. As a result, it provides less direct energy (calories) than regular starch and serves as an excellent replacement for carbohydrates.

GLUCOTEIN™ is made from gluten-free, grain-free, NON-GMO, Paleo-friendly, and plant-based starch sources derived from green bananas and yellow field peas. It can be used to prepare healthy recipes such as bread, cookies, breaded dishes, and thickened sauces.
